President’s Report February 2015

Wow! Last night KYPCA sent 2014 off and welcomed in 2015 with one great party. Our annual “Holiday Hangover” Party took over the new showroom at Blue Grass Porsche with what was by far the largest party in my six years as a club member. There were over one hundred guests in attendance. Complete with valet parking, music, open bar, an excellent meal from Mark’s Feed Store, door prizes, and of course many great conversations. Once again, Randy Biery and Blue Grass Porsche showed their amazing support for the club. If you have not done so already, please stop in and thank Randy and his amazing staff. Also, I say again, thank you to all of our members for 2014. If you missed this party, you truly missed a good time. Be sure to put our 2015 Holiday Party on your calendar – it will be in January of 2016.
Looking ahead, our Activities Chair, T.H. Morris and Drive Master, Edward Hessel have some fantastic events planned for 2015. We anticipate, weather permitting, that our first drive of the season will be sometime in March. For our DE participants, the dates are set and the contracts are signed. The June DE will be held June 5 thru 7, with the September DE held September 11 thru 13. Both DE’s will again be held at Putnam Park.
